Planning Commission
The Planning Commission is responsible for engaging in a continuous planning program that will promote efficient and harmonious growth and development in the City. The Commission is responsible for preparing and recommending the Comprehensive Plan to City Council, recommending amendments to the Zoning Ordinance and zoning map, recommending revisions to the Land Development Regulations, and approving certain subdivision requests and land development projects.
Agendas for each meeting are posted by the Friday before the meeting date. Meeting minutes are not posted until they are approved by the Planning Commission at the next scheduled meeting.
