City of Camden Business License
Persons engaged in any business, occupation or profession within the limits of the City of Camden is required to obtain a Camden Business License. Business Licenses are valid from May 1 to April 30 and must be renewed each year.
Food establishments, including mobile food vendors, are required to collect and remit a 2% Hospitality Tax as well, using this form.
Permit for Outdoor Cafe
Any business opening or offering an outdoor cafe, must apply and hold a valid permit for such activity.
Temporary Vendor Event Business License Application
Vendors and temporary businesses operating in conjunction with an event in the city limits, who do not already have a City of Camden Business License, must obtain a Temporary Vendor Event Business License. This license is valid only for the event or job for which they are issued.
Contractor Business License Application
Contractors performing services within the City of Camden must have a Business License for Construction Projects.
