Small Business Workshop – Brownfields 101

The City of Camden is seeking public participation through its current Environmental Protection Agency brownfield remediation grant, to ensure that the community is given the opportunity to provide input, identify potential brownfield sites and help determine their potential for redevelopment and reuse. “Brownfields” are abandoned or underutilized industrial or commercial properties that may contain hazardous substances or pollutants, such old factories, warehouses, gas stations, and former dry cleaning establishments, among others.
