A Night in Nature family camp out Cost: $114.00 per Family (up to 5 people) includes Bojangles breakfast, smores, and programming July 7th-8th 6pm-9am. Designed for families Location: The Nature as Teacher Preserve for Education, 247 Chestnut Ferry Road, Camden SC 29020 At A Night in Nature family Camp Out enjoy a night hike “owl prowl”, guided star gazing, Campfires, smores and all things camping. Families invited to pitch a tent at the preserve and spend the night learning about nocturnal animals and playing games. What to bring/What to wear: All people must sleep in a tent. No campers or “under the stars” camping permitted. Families are required to bring their own tent, sleeping bags, and overnight gear. Please dress appropriate for the weather. Suggested closed toe shoes/hiking shoes and long pants to protect your legs in nature. Please bring flashlights. What is provided: Smores sticks and supplies, restroom toiletries (restrooms will be open all night), games, breakfast from Bojangles, guided hikes and stargazing, storytimes.
