“Let’s Talk About…” Symposium – Artists: Gatekeepers of the Human Experience

The African American Cultural Center invites all to join in the next “Let’s Talk About…” symposium, kicking off Black History Month. “Artists: Gatekeepers of the Human Experience” with featured speaker ethnomusicologist Dr. Birgitta Johnson, who will explore the field of musicology, its function in society, and what musicologists do in the cultural context, and how that has changed over time.
