Historic Camden Foundation Ice Bolt Festival

Join the Historic Camden Foundation for an evening of “cool” family fun, in honor of America’s 250th!

The colonial term “Ice-Bolt” refers to what we now know as “brain freeze” or “ice-cream headache.” Experience family fun, living history, and some “Ice-Bolt” worthy treats during this festival!

Admission is free. Homemade ice cream and lemonade available for purchase.

Dramatic reading of the Declaration of Independence at 4:30 pm.

Wagon Rides – 5:00 – 7:00 pm $10

Ice-Dyed TShirt Workshop – 5:00 pm – Join in this fun workshop and create your own uniquely designed t-shirt! All ages welcome, $10 per person. RSVP with your Tshirt size by Friday, July 3.

Indigo Workshop – 7:00 pm – Meet in the tavern to create your own patriotic flag with indigo dye. $15 advance ticket purchase required. Ages 12+.
