Walk of Remembrance – 9/11 Walk

First responders honor the 24th Anniversary of 9/11 with their 5th Annual Walk of Remembrance!
📍 **ROUTE:** Camden Fire Station I (City Hall) to Lugoff Fire Station (892 Highway 1 South) – 5 miles

**HOW YOU CAN HELP: ** Line Highway 1 South with American flags and patriotic displays! Wave flags and cheer on our first responders as they walk to honor the 2,977 lives lost on September 11, 2001.

This meaningful tradition started in 2020 by Firefighter Dejuan Warren when pandemic restrictions canceled other 9/11 events. Let’s show our Kershaw County first responders the support they deserve as they honor our fallen heroes!
